The role and payment structure

This is a self-employed consultancy opportunity, not an employed job. There is no salary, no guaranteed income and no guaranteed number of leads.

The role is suitable for someone who is comfortable with performance-based earnings and who can professionally contact leads and arrange appointments.

Payment is expected to include:

A small fee for each lead allocated or contacted, subject to agreed rules.
A larger fee where the lead keeps an appointment with Martin.
A commission of 10% of Go Earth’s net fees from any lead who pays for Go Earth services, subject to the final consultancy agreement.

Go Earth Boating works with people who are considering buying boats. You do not need to be knowledgeable about boats, as training will be given; however, it would be useful for us to understand your current level of knowledge.

We are interested in understanding whether you have any practical boating experience, boat sales experience, ownership experience, charter experience, brokerage knowledge, or general enthusiasm for the boating market.
