Privacy Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy

What is this Privacy Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy

This website is provided by and on behalf of GO EARTH LTD (GO EARTH).

YOU are the user or viewer of the GO EARTH website, www.boatsearch.earth, and/or a person who has communicated with GO EARTH by any means including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing by telephone (landline, mobile or via an internet service such as Skype); visit to premises, exhibition stand or otherwise; by written communication (including letter or email).

GO EARTH is committed to the privacy confidentiality and the protection of client data of its clients and prospective clients, including YOU. A prospective client is, for the purposes of this policy, defined as an individual (including a corporate entity) who has either expressed an interest in dealing with GO EARTH or whom GO EARTH reasonably believes may have an interest in dealing with GO EARTH.

This Privacy Confidentiality and Data Protection Policy (‘Policy’) sets out the different areas where user privacy confidentiality and data protection is concerned and outlines the obligations and requirements of YOU, and of GO EARTH. It is written to assist full compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which came into force on 25th May 2018, and with any other relevant legislation. Furthermore, the way this website processes, stores and protects user data and information will also be detailed within this Policy.

As, at the time of writing this policy, GDPR legislation implementation was new, this policy may be updated from time to time to ensure continuing compliance as methods and processes to ensure such compliance become clarified or amended. Such updates will be published on the website.

All communications between YOU and GO EARTH are governed by this policy. If YOU disagree with or do not accept this policy or any part of it, YOU must not use this website nor communicate with GO EARTH (other than to confirm your rejection of this policy).
