The Power Fenders / Automatic Fenders / Automatic Fenders Torque and associated products (all as “AFs”) are designed to raise and lower the fenders on boats on command.
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, the actual product may vary slightly.

We will endeavour to respond as soon as is practicable and normally within 2 working days. You are very welcome to ask for support prior to any potential purchase if you are unsure of anything.
First line support is normally available from the UK. We have the option to call upon second line support direct from the manufacturers if we judge it necessary.
If there is some legitimate reason for urgent support, please phone +44 (0) 33 33 05 8424 and make the urgency and the nature of the urgency clear; and we will prioritise your call. Please note that the person taking the call may not themselves be able to resolve the issue; but they will pass it on for resolution.
- Purchaser’s Responsibility
Suitability and Installation: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the AFs are suitable for their specific boat and use case. The purchaser must ensure proper installation according to the provided instructions.
Compliance with Local Laws: The purchaser must ensure that the use of AFs complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
- Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Our Automatic Fenders are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Exclusion of Liability: Go Earth Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the AFs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data, or other intangibles.
Product Failure: In the event of product failure, Go Earth Ltd is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, damage to the boat, personal injury, or environmental harm. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that nobody can get tangled in the lines / rope.
- User Responsibility
Installation and Use: The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the installation and use of the AFs. It is essential to follow the installation and usage instructions provided with the product.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance and checks are necessary to ensure the AFs function correctly. These include, but are not limited to, checking that there has not been any physical damage to the product, and checking their operation, and checking the security of their installation. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining the product.
- Defective Products
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please accept our apologies and contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Please explain the nature of the defect. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at our option after verifying the defect.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. - Amendments
